Tiny home

I would like to create blue prints for builders to use to build a small home on my family's property. I have photos of ideas. I would like a gradual stair with storage not a ladder or spiral stair. I also would prefer a real wood fireplace in the corner if possible. Room sizes are up in the air. The whole home should be around 1000 sq feet-ish not including the porch area. Id like the pool to be part indoor/part outdoor with a way to close off the outdoor part in cold weather.
