Job Title: Automation Expert for Telehealth Workflow (Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Spruce, CarePatron) – 5-Day Deadline
Job Description:
We are a telehealth company looking for an experienced automation expert to set up a workflow using:

Microsoft 365 Forms (HIPAA-compliant within BAA)
Microsoft Power Automate (Configured for HIPAA compliance)
Spruce Health (HIPAA-compliant messaging)
CarePatron EHR (HIPAA-compliant electronic health records)
? This is a simple job for an expert and should take less than 5 hours, but we allow 5 days for testing and refinements.

Scope of Work:
Form Integration:

Automate patient intake data from Microsoft 365 Forms and securely transfer it to CarePatron EHR.
Workflow Automation:

Set up triggers to send patients their next steps after form submission (e.g., consent forms, payment instructions, appointment details).
Implement pass/fail logic for questionnaires, guiding patients based on responses.
Payment Processing Automation:

Ensure seamless payment collection:
$150 for the provider
$150 for the pharmacy
Follow-up visits: $120
Messaging Integration:

Configure Spruce Health (HIPAA-compliant) for secure communication:
Notify patients about prescription availability and consultation updates.
Automate follow-up messages and reminders.
Automation Setup:

Implement workflows for follow-ups, medication reminders, and asynchronous telehealth consultations.
Troubleshooting & Training Documentation:

Provide a step-by-step troubleshooting guide for common issues.
Create video instructions for modifying, adding, or deleting workflow processes.
Ensure clear documentation to reduce ongoing support needs.
Ongoing Support (Optional):

We prefer clear documentation and videos to minimize support needs.
However, if any major issues arise within 1 year, we may require minimal troubleshooting support if needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Spruce Health, and CarePatron EHR.
✔ Experience with telehealth or healthcare automation (preferred).
✔ Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data security.
✔ Ability to complete setup in less than 5 hours (but we allow 5 days for testing and refinements).
✔ Strong documentation and video tutorial skills to minimize ongoing support needs.

Budget: $300 - $400 (Fixed Price)
Timeline: Must be completed within 5 days.
