Telegram bot using aiogram and connected to Ton network

I want to build a telegram bot for simple keyboard based game.
I want it to be built on aiogram library.
Bot functions are:
1) user registration and creating Ton wallet address,
2) ton withdrawal, deposit. tracking and saving the transactions
3) a customized (but very simple) game using a live data accessible through api
4) game tracking and management
5) admin panel or dashboard for monitoring user activity and game settings
6) dockerized for easy deployment.
7) security measures
8) fast and secure database processing
