Telegram auto-shop bot (handle crypto payments, dispense product, etc)

Looking for a programmer to build a Telegram auto-shop bot. Must be able to code it so that the owner can modify command responses/change messages delivered to customers at prompts when needed, the bot should be easy to stock by owner, and maintain/modify/organize stock easily, the bot should be able to display current inventory to customer, handle crypto payments, and maintain a balance/rewards system based on amount of purchased made/funds deposited total/successful referrals, bot should be able to recall previous purchases made at customer request, bot should be able to respond to /switches as well as have a well organized and attractive GUI for customer to navigate with mouse clicks.

Character/personality/interests are just as important as knowledge/skill for this job. ;)
