Hello, I’m looking for an experienced developer to help build a high-performance crypto arbitrage bot that scrapes trade signals from a Telegram channel and executes buy/sell orders across multiple centralized exchanges based on the signal.

The bot should monitor a specific Telegram channel and extract structured trade signals like this example:

• Exchange Integration:
The bot must connect to APIs of the following exchanges:
HTX, BitGet, Binance, MEXC, Kucoin, WhiteBit, Okex.
• Trade Execution Logic:
Based on the parsed signal, the bot must:
• Place the buy order on the first exchange
• Withdraw the asset using the specified network
• Deposit it to the second exchange
• Sell it instantly at the target price
• Error Handling and Slippage Tolerance:
There must be logic to handle network issues, partial fills, and allow small price changes (configurable percentage tolerance)
• Performance Focus:
This is time-sensitive intra-exchange arbitrage, so execution speed is critical. We’d like parts of the system in Golang for speed and API handling, and Rust for key performance-critical logic if needed. Open to discussion.
• Monitoring and Logging:
Track profits, failed trades, delays, and display simple stats via Telegram or web UI.
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience with Telegram bot development
• Experience with crypto arbitrage or trading bot development
• Strong knowledge of exchange APIs and withdrawal and deposit flows
