Telegram Custom ChatBot

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Telegram Custom ChatBot for my project. The chatbot should have the following features:
- Telegram account will login with Telegram Api
- Various customers will message me on Telegram and bot will reply to their messages with photo and text.
- Ten line message I will set up the bot.
After a customer leaves a message, the bot will send a reply along with a photo.
I will write the replay messages and arrange the photos
-The bot will send the reply to each message of the customer and the replies that I will write will be sent one by one.
-Will reply to everyone as they message. It will send one line after another from the message line I set.
-After installing the bot on any PC, it should be activated with a key or login password. I have a team and 50pc so I need to manage the bot with user system.
