Telegram Bot for eRDS Recruitment

I need an anonymous Telegram bot for eRDS recruitment targeting a stigmatized population for a medical project.

The bot should primarily serve the purpose of providing information. This includes:
- Project details and goals
- Recruitment process and criteria
- Support and helpline contacts
- Generating unique one-time links to be sent anonymously to contacts to participate in the same bot.

Measures to prevent misuse of the bot via multiple SIM card registration should be taken.
An incentive should be offered to motivate the participants to meet the medical workers too.

Following the visitor to medical centre, if they have been tested positive for the disease, they should be given an opportunity to distribute additional links.
