Telegram Bot to automatize a SaaS process

I have a public on telegram and I can offer a service.
I want a telegram bot that automatize the following actions:
- creation of a telephone number to receive 2FA
- creation of an email
- creation of an account to a specific platform (detailed provided)
- creation of a scure long password
- free trial (1 hour)
- recurring payment process (through PayPal mandatory or other services if possibile)
- integration with revolut apis (I use revolut to pay upfront the service with a virtual debit card)

All of that must be automatic.
