Technical Business Analyst

a. Assist in defining and scoping the project
b. Gather, validate and document technical and business requirements from business units or users
c. Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, document business impacts
d. Create functional / Technical specifications for solutions (Mandatory - experience must be demonstrated)
e. Assisting the PM with all project documentation
f. Verify that project deliverables meet the requirements
g. Documenting test scenarios and test cases
h. Test solutions to validate objectives
i. Support Business Transition
