Job Title: Project Manager (Teamtailor) & Developer (HubSpot Customer Onboarding System)
Project Overview
We are TopCall, a fast-growing customer service and call-handling company looking to optimize our recruitment and customer onboarding processes.
We are seeking two key freelancers:
1. Project Manager (Teamtailor Expert) – To finalize our Teamtailor recruitment platform implementation and optimize our hiring process.
2. Full-Stack Developer (HubSpot Onboarding System) – To develop a self-service customer onboarding system that fully integrates with HubSpot CRM.
If you have experience in both areas, even better!
1️⃣ Role: Project Manager (Teamtailor Implementation)
Responsibilities:
• Complete the implementation of Teamtailor and optimize the hiring workflow.
• Automate candidate screening, interview scheduling, and email communication.
• Ensure Teamtailor integrates seamlessly with HR and communication tools.
• Train HR and hiring managers on best practices.
• Optimize the candidate experience through structured recruitment flows.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Teamtailor implementation or similar ATS.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience working with HR teams and recruitment automation tools.
• Ability to train internal teams and provide documentation.
Bonus Skills:
• Knowledge of HR automation tools and AI-powered recruitment systems.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and other collaboration tools.
2️⃣ Role: Full-Stack Developer (HubSpot Customer Onboarding System)
Project Scope:
We need a self-service customer onboarding system that is fully integrated into HubSpot. The system should allow customers to:
✅ Register their company details (name, industry, address, operating hours).
✅ Add multiple employees & assign roles (departments, responsibilities).
✅ Define their communication preferences (notifications, call forwarding).
✅ Set up billing and contract details.
✅ Automatically sync all data with HubSpot CRM.
✅ Receive automated email confirmations & onboarding assistance.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a user-friendly web interface where customers can onboard themselves.
• Create a secure login & authentication system for returning users.
• Integrate the system with HubSpot CRM via API for real-time data synchronization.
• Automate email workflows for onboarding confirmation and follow-ups.
• Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR and other relevant standards.
• Optimize for mobile & desktop (responsive design).
Requirements:
• Proven experience in full-stack development (React, Vue, Angular for frontend, and Node.js, Python, or PHP for backend).
• Strong HubSpot API experience (custom integrations & workflow automation).
• Experience with CRM automation, data mapping, and HubSpot Workflows.
• Ability to create custom HubSpot properties & pipelines for onboarding.
• Knowledge of OAuth authentication and API security best practices.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with Retool, Bubble.io, or Zoho Creator for rapid no-code/low-code development.
• Knowledge of AWS, Firebase, or DigitalOcean for cloud deployment.
• Prior experience developing customer self-service portals.
