TELEGRAM BOT CODER/DEVELOPER

I need a expert in telegram bot creation. I want to make a chat widget on my website where if a person opens a chat request on the website, everything they post is forwarded to a telegram staff group. From the telegram staff group, we will be able to respond to the person needing help and the response will be posted on the website. The bot needs to have ability to forward images aswell. The person taking on this job needs to have experience with websites and chatbox as he will need to create chat widget from scratch and be able to intergrate with telegram
