Supply Chain Smart Contract Blockchain Platform for Certification Guarantee

This project is to develop a supply chain smart contract blockchain platform that stores data and key information to certify and guarantee the authenticity of the product from the producer up to the consumer. The end goal is for consumers to scan a QR code and have access to key data compiled along the supply chain. There should also be an interface for authorities to access all the data entered in the entire supply chain.

The backend and frontend needs to be designed in a user friendly way. Exact description of the project and some background idea is compiled in the deck attached.The forms for the prototype version needs to be replicated for all group forms, but this will need customization at the end of the project.

This project needs a web and app based solution. The end consumer needs to access QR code.

This project is open for any sort of solution regardless of the type of interface, language, protocols. It would be useful if you have a similar template/project that you have completed before that can be adopted for this project.
