Strawberry Quality Identification System
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I am seeking an experienced software developer to create a system that focuses on computer vision. Being a part of a more comprehensive robotic harvesting system, the goal of this tool is to identify strawberries of high quality using an HD camera on a dolly in conjunction with a COBOT robot.
Requirements:
- Identify strawberries mounted on a dolly system.
- Focus on strawberry color to determine high-quality fruits.
Upon identification of a sub-standard strawberry, the system must be programmed to ignore and move on to the next strawberry.
Ideal skills and experiences:
- Proficient in computer vision technology
- Previous work with HD cameras and robotic systems
- Prior experience developing systems that identify and classify objects based on color.
The project does not entail working on the robotic movements controlled by the COBOT. We are strictly focusing on developing the computer vision side of things to perfection.
