Hi, I'm looking for developer who have done Stellar blockchain (www.stellar.og), good experience in understanding blockchain and build apps, create wallets using stellar platform, good in stellar core, stellar horizon.
I'm not looking for new developers, as the project needs experienced developer who has done work on stellar blockchain. The project will be divided into modules, the effort will be agreed before and will create milestone based delivery.
