Staff task dashboard for manufacturing with Breaks, tasks order shipments

I'm looking for someone to help me create a dashboard for keeping track of staff tasks related to manufacturing. The main tasks I need to track are Breaks and Lunch, Staff Tasks and Assignments, and Order Shipments and Delivery. There's no need for custom user levels with limited access, nor do I require automated notifications for certain tasks.
