Spotify API developer expert needed

I need someone to help me find out if you can pull playlist names, follower count per playlist, username of the person who created the playlist and MOST IMPORTANTLY contact info for the person who created the playlist, from the Spotify API…

I’m trying to build a tool that sells contact info of playlist creators to musicians so they can message them and try to be in their playlist.

Please let me know fi this is available if it is, we can figure out a price to build the simple API call and web app interface :)
