Specification and development of sports admin system
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I want to have a sports management system developed. The system will be used for planning and execution of virtual sports-events. Results are registered by the athletes them selves by sending in videos and other digital competition results. Judges are reviewing and judging the results.
This project will follow the following phases.
1. Estimate cost of develop specifications
2. Develop Specifications (Example: Object model, flowchart, Epics and user-strories)

3. Estimate cost of complete system development and an MVP development
4. Develop the MVP
Revise specifications
5. Develop the complete system
