We need someone who will be building a Smart Contract on Solana for an ICO and the Front End for the User. Where the user can exchange Solana for our Coin (Solmon) Ticker Symbol (SMN)

So we need a button to connect the wallet.
A Statusbar where the funding percentages are shown.
A counter with start and end times.
The price of our Coin (SMN) in Dollar and the Price in Solana Solana (Ticker Symbol SOL)

And when you click on the button to connect with the wallet then they should open a popup where they can select the wallet provider. (Phantom Wallet, Solflare)

The ICO Phase will be in 3 phases

Phase Whitelist with only 50 Wallet Addresses whitelisted at a price of $0,003 per Coin paid in Solana.
Which should start in the middle or end of December 2022
Pre Sale Phase with $0,005 per Coin
Which should start on the 10th of January and be live for 20 Days
