Solana API developer

We are looking to create a small crypto project through tokens on the solana blockchain. The crux of the operation currently lies with the API between the wallet and the website. Simply put, the website should receive the solana-based token (validating the transaction) and in return, allow the user to download a specified file. The token will have a purely utilitarian function.
For this, we are looking for someone with prior experience in solana API who can develop a rough program we can later fine-tune and adjust.
Please provide us with a short introduction on why you are the right person for this task (examples of previous projects are welcome) and how much you envisage on charging.
