Software that downloads a list of images from the internet

I need a software (Any solution that can be executed in windows is fine) that contains two columns (As if it were an excel) In the first one you will have a list of links, you must open each website, no matter what website it is and look for one Image containing the name "poster_01.jpg". Download this image and place it inside a folder that the software will create. This folder will be named as indicated in the second column. You must do this in an automated and agile way.
