Tablet with independent stand to transfer data and charge tablet
Automatic data backup and synchronization as soon as the tablet is based on its support and minimum 1X/week
User/person access code (minimum 6 users)

Each user must enter the system with their code or first name. Traceability of data classification
The system is composed of a tree of files / choices in which with each choice, there must be a drop-down menu to name and classify the photo directly in the appropriate folder and find it instantly if necessary.
The software must include the attached flowchart 1.
Each tree structure has its own branches.
Each piece of branches and purposes must be fulfilled by the user.
The data is saved on an independent server.
This server will be connected and accessible to 8 computers.
And this while being in an outdoor and geo-localizable environment.
