Software and mobile application design

I would like to design software for my company.
The software will be for CRM, Procurement, Inventory management, and sales.
I realize there are many ERP and CRM systems like Odoo, for example, but I want something more tailored to our company.
Freelancers from Egypt are highly preferred, but everyone is welcome to bid.
