Software for social media auto posting

Greetings.. I planned to create a software for business owner to have an auto posting software in social media.. which consist of theese function;
- for admin:
1. Admin can choose which social media for customer to have depends on their selected package.
2. Admin can set up activation period of subcribtion for customer.
3. Admin should have data base of customers
4. Admin can post notification for customers.
5. Admin can monitor on clients performance
For customers
1. Customers can post in their list of social media groups.
2. Can set up date and time of posting.
3. Can set up how many time of posting in a day.
