Software for accounting - windows (online)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
1) all employees has 3 different users:
- for individual tickets
- for group tickets
- for trucks and others commercial tickets
2) At the end of the day every user have to insert:
- total of first user (if have some tickets)
- total of second user (if have some tickets)
- total of third user (if have some tickets)
- total of POS (if have)
- total of expenses (if have)
- total of discount (if have and who gave the "ok")
- insert others plus or minus with description
3) Admin users can insert in each cashier:
- how many money cash tooks
- if there is some expenses after tooks cash
- modify what user insert
4) I need to see:
- all cashiers for different date or range of dates.
- for all users or just one, for individual, group or trucks.
- how many pos
- how many expenses
- how many discount
Software can be use in different computers and it must be updated in realtime.
After this, we want to continue with commissions, bank account, etc. in order to do all accounting with that software.
