Software development for task management

Hi! I'm looking to hire someone to develop an innovative and efficient task management software, to be used by teams across many industries. The software will be a web-based application, designed to run on a range of modern platforms but primarily focusing on Windows. I'm aiming for a design which is modern, intuitive and aesthetically pleasing; one which offers the user the best possible experience.
