We need a simple, custom made web platform / a web application for foreclosure real estate listings. Essentially, what we need is —> pull the data from this site (https://salesweb.civilview.com/Sales/SalesSearch?countyId=7), refine it, categorize it by sales date, Approx. Upset price, address, current market price of this listing on zillow.com etc. It has to be real time, meaning updates the databese periodically.
