Software development

I want to make a software. My plan is to deliver a unique, system with quotes, billing (we can use a API), direct communication with manufacturing with a dashboard where operations of a product can be tracked. I am a IT guy myself i know the connections and understand the basics but I dont know how to write the code. I need your help for the first version
