Software developer coordinator

I currently have a project in progress. I need a software developer assistant to support the team and transmit my ideas to the team using the technical terms.
The software developer should have knowledge in streaming services (OTT)
- Knowledge on TMDB/TVDB, cache proxy and database partition and structure in general.
- Knowledge on APIs mechanism
- Knowledge on AWS infrastructure
- Be fluent in English
- Understanding of Sonarr or other file renamer organizer.
- Understanding of Tensorflow lite API to use as recommender.
- Understanding of Application for Android and iOS
The software developer will connect with the team.

- Good communication skills, share information quickly and collaborate.
