My project is a B2B productivity tool that cascades objectives and actions through an organisation's teams, and provides realtime feedback as to progress, whilst capturing the lessons and actions to be used at a later date - aka Machine learning.
The platform is to have individual dashboards for web/PC use highlighting objectives/actions and status + feedback loops and outstanding items.
It's to track progress on a fortnightly/monthly/6 month and 12 month basis.
It requires a mobile interface in order to track daily progress of actions.
The logic is on the attached slide. Basically I need to turn this spreadsheet into a simple dashboard - hopefully the logic in the formulas speak for themselves
