Summary of Scope
Provision of managed competent resources to carryout separation of the DOT Net Software from JD Edwards ERP System, discontinuing all dependencies and synchronizations between the DOT Net Software and JD Edwards ERP System and developing the required infrastructure within the DOT Net Software to operate independently from the JD Edwards ERP system within a timeline of 90 days.
