Software Development Consultation

I have a software that I would like to work on and develop. I am not specialized in software development, but am decent with analytics. With that being said, I would like to develop a web/desktop based big data anlytical software. I would like to integrate certain features that will help in the mitigation of risks of uncertainty.

I would like for someone with a good amount of expertise in software development, data analytics, and preferably a decent amount of supply chain knowledge.
