Australia based Software Developer for Bird and Bat Flight Analysis

I'm in search of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a dual proficiency in Software Development and Data Science to develop a digital tool, complex centralized database with knowledge in Data Analysis, Data Science, Data Integration and map development to track bird and bat flight movement
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze satellite data and existing research studies to gather pertinent information on bird and bat flight movements.
- An online tool that can display and visualize data. Think of it like an interactive map showing where birds and bats go, with filters to sort by species, migration patterns, time, etc.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- can design and build web-based or cloud-hosted applications, particularly data-driven or visualization tools
- able to work with various types of data (GPS, satellite, radar, surveys, etc.), clean it, organize it, and turn it into something useful
- comfortable setting up and managing a centralized system that stores complex and varied data
- experience handling spatial data and building tools that involve geography or mapping is a big plus
- proficient in Software Development and Data Science.
- prior experience with ecological data analysis preferred.
- excellent report writing skills.
