This software will be able to animate 3 main parts.
1) Animals or humans MOUTH
2) Animals or humans EYES
3) If possible Animals or Humans Hand or Arm. (Not critical to project).
The software will accept download files. Wav, MP3 to upload the voice overs of the subject.
This is for desktop/Laptop Computer (Windows 10) Primarily.
The Software will need to be given to others in my usage.
Must be application to be downladed and of course uploaded.
Would like completed within 12 days.
