Software Architect and UX/UI expert required

I work for an Italian company, I'm in charge to be the project manager for develop a Learning Management System, similar to acloudguru.com.
I need a software architect with experience on micro-services that live in India - Bangalore.
We also need a UX/UI designer for support us during project creation.
A project Manager, a UX/UI and a Software Architect should works together, hand by hand in the same location. Remote will not be accepted in this phase.
We need to design the entire process, decide technologies to use and so on.
We require full time job for minimum 1 month
