We are looking for a skilled developer to build a SaaS Social CRM System that integrates with social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The system should allow users to schedule, set up, and automatically release content (images, text, and videos) on these platforms at specified times. This system will offer several features for managing content, users, and subscriptions, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Scheduling & Automation
Develop the system to allow users to schedule and automatically post content at specified times on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more. The system should also offer real-time scheduling with precise time synchronization for all platforms.
Hybrid Storage Management
Implement a hybrid storage system that includes:
3GB of free internal storage for each user.
External Storage Integration: Users can link their external storage accounts (Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud, Dropbox) to access additional storage. The system should support seamless syncing and allow users to store and retrieve files directly from these platforms.
Ensure that users receive notifications when they reach 90%, 95%, and 100% of their 3GB internal storage limit. Users can either clear space or link external storage for additional capacity.
User Management
The system will have this main roles:
Account Owner: Full access to manage the account, view analytics, and configure settings.
Team Members: Limited access to specific content and reports. Team members can upload and schedule content but cannot access billing or full system settings.
Admin & Staff Admin Functions
Admin (Account Owner): Full control to manage user accounts, approve or suspend accounts, handle content violations, manage subscriptions, and access all system functions, including reporting, billing, content settings, and support tickets.
Staff Admin: Limited but crucial access to report violations, view and manage content, access analytics, and manage support tickets.
Client (User) Management
Content Management: Clients (account owners) can upload and schedule content on supported platforms.
Team Management: Clients can assign roles to team members and set permissions (e.g., uploading content, viewing reports).
Storage Management: Clients will receive notifications when reaching internal storage limits and can link external storage for additional capacity.
Additional System Features:
Cloud and Server Management: The system should support hybrid storage across internal cloud servers and third-party storage.
Integration with Blesta.com: For client billing, storage management, and support tickets. Blesta will handle billing cycles, invoices, and manage the 3GB internal storage quota.
Security: Data security is crucial. Content deleted from internal storage must be completely removed, ensuring no access to deleted files or related analytics.
UI/UX Design: The system should have an intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX for ease of use and a seamless experience.
Real-Time Scheduling: Support for real-time scheduling and content release based on set times.
Notifications: System notifications to manage storage, alerting users when nearing their internal limit (90%, 95%, and 100%).
Required Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in web development (Python, MongoDB, or similar technologies).
Experience with Blesta.com for billing and client management integration.
Knowledge of content scheduling automation and social media API integrations.
Familiarity with cloud hosting services and server management.
Experience in developing user-friendly interfaces with a focus on UX.
Understanding of data security and management of data deletion securely.
