Smart Contract Developer for Crypto Protocol

Are you good with solidity and smart contracts as well as building a dapp? I have a project I'm looking to get fully coded and built out. It is somewhat complex so must be an absolute expert in the space. I will pay top dollar to make sure it is a fully functioning protocol with no bugs for white list and launch.
