Small software for orders
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in need of a small software for orders that runs on a web-based platform. The purpose of the software is to track orders and generate reports. It should be easy to use and intuitive, and I need to be able to access it from anywhere. Detailed reporting and analytics of the orders and customer data must also be included.
The software will need to be able to easily track orders and provide detailed reports about the data. It should have a secure way to log in and authorize the order. Additionally, I would like it to be able to show customer information including contact details and order history.
I'm looking for a quality product with excellent customer support. I would also like it to be user friendly so I can easily set up and maintain the software. I may also expand in the future, so scalability would be required.

Some basic specs:
I need an web based app with the following windows:
1. Clients – I will provide the filds for the database table
2. Products with thefollowing
a. Products database – I’ll provide the database fields
b. Each field will have a image saved in DB
c. Product Category
d. Features fore ach product
e. some features that I can
3. Offer
a. It will get the client from the client database – we have to define the fields that need to be listed in the offer
b. List of products – user has to select them from database based on filters based on Category, features and then name and picture of the products
c. Manual input for quantity
4. From Offer – export it in PDF and xls
5. Purchase request (based on the offer)
- A new window where you’ll select one offer
- Based on the offer, you’ll list all the products, quantity and prices
- Manualy user can modify Price and quantity – integration Stock for quantitys and list in a different colour the exceptions ( less quantity in stock)
- Saving all new info as a Purchase request
6. Based on the quantities from purchase request you haveto generate a list that is called “Generate Stock info for provider” for all the products that are not in stock a with a low stock and to send that list on email – User will input a email and a subject
7. 4reports based on all the info above
8. System will be extended for invoicing, receivables, etc.

Technology for app will have to discuss
You have to develop the mock-ups for front end
Front end will have to be user friendly and modern
Front end will have to be translated in Romanian
