Simple windows app to print a specific ticket

I would like to make a small application, which will allow me to print a result on a small printer (I have a Star TSP100 future print).
What the application has to do is simply create a ticket with a list of entries. and has to make a calculation as we enter the amounts of the values. it's like making a ticket for a betting site but much simpler.
