Simple script for Trading View (pinescript)

Hello,
I would like to build a simple script that adds a ray line at specific numbers on the chart (ex: all the last xxxx4.44) to a candle's top or bottom that was not crossed recently. See the picture, it should look like that. We can either go with only one number shown, but if you think it is not much more work, I would like to be able to have more numbers show as well (as different colors). What are your thoughts?
Please NO robots, reseller or big agencies... I want someone available now :-)
