Round-Robin Lead distribution to agents
Auto Duplicate Inquiry Occurrence Count
Color Coding; In order of Priority
* Blue for Payment Done
* Green for Booking done
* Red for Lead Closed
* Yellow for Communication done (via chat or call)
* No Color for Fresh Leads
Statistics - Count Conversion-Visits- Lead Sources-Conversion Rates-Visit Rate, Agent-wise
