Set up bitcoin wallet

I am looking for someone to help me set up a Bitcoin wallet for personal use using a web-based platform. The ideal freelancer will have experience with setting up Bitcoin wallets on web-based platforms and be able to provide guidance and support throughout the process. The project should be completed in a timely manner and with a focus on attention to detail. I do not want a mobile app only web based solution. I will provide you with my ID's for verification and I will change the password when you are done. I have tried every site and I cannot do this, I'm giving up.
