Secure Web App, Messenger Bot, & Desktop App Developer

I'm looking for an experienced web app and desktop software developer to transform an open-source project into a secure, data-processing Messenger bot with an integrated desktop application.
Key Requirements:
- Primary Function: The Messenger bot will provide the MVP UI for the user to control the desktop app.
- Desktop App: The desktop application needs to be built for both Windows and macOS. It will primarily run in the background, and report via the OS system taskbar.
- Cloud Administration Server: This will function as the administration application from where users will be moderated, user memberships managed, etc.
- Security Features: The Messenger bot and desktop app should incorporate basic encryption, Facebook Authentication, and local network security.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in web app and desktop software development.
- Experienced in creating and securing Messenger bots.
- Skilled in developing cross-platform desktop applications.
- Knowledgeable in implementing various levels of security features in software, including network security.
The goal of this project is to ensure the Messenger bot can submit data processing tasks and report status securely and effectively, with a user-friendly and passive desktop counterpart.
You must have extensive experience building software for both MacOS and Windows, and be well versed in cloud server management (Linux). This is the start of a much larger product.
