Seamless Beauty Salon Management Software

I am a small business beauty salon owner requiring a comprehensive solution that will effectively handle multiple aspects of my business operations. Key features of this program would include:
- Client Management: A system to maintain customer profiles capturing information such as appointment history, preferences, and any notes for personalized service.
- Appointment Scheduling: An efficient method to book services and synchronize all appointments.
- Product Management: Staff should be able to easily handle stock management, even to the point of barcode scanning for salon supplies tracking.
- Point of Sale (POS) functionality: This should cohesively combine service performer, client details and service provided, linking this to the in-house products used to perform the service.
- Payroll Management: Facilitating seamless wage calculations, appropriate deductions and payroll disbursements.
- Invoicing & Order Management: System that auto generates invoices based on services performed, and any products sold. Also, simplified vendor order management capabilities.
- Automated reminders: Email or text client reminders for appointments or product replenishments.
For this project, experience in business operations software, excellent understanding of retail sales processes and in-depth knowledge of Quick Books API, as well as barcode scanning systems is highly valued. If you have previous experience in building similar software for small businesses, particularly in the beauty industry, it will be a great advantage. Proficiency in data backup and migration is necessary, given that we require monthly backup of data to SharePoint lists.
