Screener and Indicator with Alerts on TradingView

I want a Screener which screens the stocks based on my Trading Rules in the market hours.
I also need all in one indicator where it shows Buy/Sell signals based on my Trading rules. My rules are based on Price action (Candlesticks, Swing trading) and few indicators like EMA and Standard Pivot points. Let me know if anyone can do the job. We can discuss more.
