Scrap data in google sheet with google apps script

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for using Google apps script.
I need you to write some code with google apps script to scrap some data from a website which need account and password to log in.
You can see the detail in attachment.
Please let me know if you have any experiences to solve these problem.
