Title: Development of Custom Loan Management System (LMS) and Loan Origination Software (LOS) with SaaS Capabilities
We are seeking a skilled development team to create two robust, scalable, and user-friendly SaaS platforms: 1) a Loan Management System (LMS) and 2) a Loan Origination System (LOS). Both platforms will be cloud-based, offering subscription models to end-users, with a focus on seamless functionality, intuitive design, and compliance with industry standards.
The LMS will include features such as loan portfolio management, payment tracking, automated reminders for payments, delinquency monitoring, reporting and analytics dashboards, secure data storage, and role-based user access (Admin, Borrower, Lender/Investor). Integration with payment gateways, CRM systems, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) will be essential to streamline operations.
The LOS will streamline the loan application process with features like online application forms, document management, AI-driven credit scoring and risk assessment, workflow automation, compliance with regulatory standards, secure applicant-lender communication tools, and real-time dashboards. Additionally, the system should integrate with third-party services like credit bureaus, banks, and payment processors.
Both platforms must be mobile-friendly, accessible via web browsers and mobile apps, and scalable to handle high user volumes.
Deliverables include the fully functional platforms (web and mobile), comprehensive user manuals, source code, deployment scripts, API documentation, and options for ongoing support. Project to be divided into four phases: requirements gathering, core feature development, testing, and final deployments.
