Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant who can provide expert guidance and consultation on the development of our code compliance software. The software utilizes SaaS architecture and incorporates AI technologies for floor plan analysis and code interpretation.

Responsibilities:

Provide in-depth consultation on SaaS architecture, software development, and AI integration
Advise on best practices for developing a user-friendly interface and enhancing the user experience
Assist in defining the technical requirements and system architecture for the code compliance software
Offer insights and recommendations on the selection of appropriate AI models for architectural element recognition
Provide guidance on data requirements, training, and optimization of the AI models
Advise on industry standards and regulations related to building codes and compliance requirements
Help identify potential challenges and risks in the development process and suggest mitigation strategies
Offer recommendations on scalability, performance, and security aspects of the software
Requirements:

Proven experience and expertise in SaaS architecture and development
Strong knowledge of AI technologies, specifically related to computer vision and machine learning
Experience in developing software applications that involve floor plan analysis or architectural element recognition
Familiarity with building codes and compliance requirements, preferably in the context of code interpretation software
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated track record of successful consultations on software development projects
