I’m looking for a skilled developer to build the MVP of LOY , a SaaS platform tailored for Airbnb property owners. The goal is to create a user-friendly tool that simplifies property management and enhances the guest experience using NFC/QR Codes, AI chatbot, and payment integration. The MVP should support 100-500 users initially, with a focus on testing and validation.
Key Functionalities
Admin Dashboard:
Property registration (name, Wi-Fi, manual, etc.).
Generate unique links for NFC/QR access.
Input property-specific data for AI chatbot responses (e.g., Wi-Fi password, check-in details).
Real-time analytics (access counts, feedback).
Payment setup and status via Stripe (Basic: $29/month, 1 property; Pro: $79/month, 5 properties + NFC).
QR Code customization for Basic plan: multiple templates (e.g., minimalist, colorful) with custom messages (e.g., "Click here to learn more about the space") for printing.
Public Property Page:
Accessible via NFC tap (Pro) or QR Code scan (Basic), displaying Wi-Fi, manual, check-in/out, local recommendations, and contact options.
Rating form: ≥ 4 stars redirects to Airbnb/Google; < 4 stars triggers an email to the owner with rating and reason (e.g., "2 stars: Heater broken").
Offline mode for key info (Wi-Fi, manual).
NFC and QR Code Integration:
Generate unique links for NFC tags (Pro plan add-on) and customizable QR Codes (Basic plan).
QR Code feature: Owners select templates and add messages in the dashboard, downloadable as PNG/PDF.
Validator tool to test NFC/QR functionality.
AI Chatbot:
Powered by OpenAI (ChatGPT), responds in Portuguese, English, and Spanish using owner-input data.
Custom FAQs per property; human fallback after 3 failed attempts.
Multilingual Support:
