SRS required for rebuilding HRIS integration / profile creation, modification, deletion

I am looking for candidates to help write an SRS for a Dallas based technology company. Our platform connects hundreds of thousands of retail and frontline employees and requires a profile for each user to log in. Our current HRIS integration system ("Employee Loader") that creates, modifies, and removes profiles based on rosters sent to us daily by each customer, is in need of a complete redesign. We have created a high-level "wish list" for the new software but are seeking assistance inbuilding this list out into a true SRS.
