The File will be having a
Full description of the pos app features (Android app)
Full description of the back office features (webapp)
Recommended tech stack
Flow charts, user stories, actors, epic …etc
I will provide detailed document of how the pos app needs to be
The back office features need to be added by the freelancer after detailed discussing with Me
Freelancer must have knowledge of pos apps like loyverse, zobaze …etc very important
Freelancer needs to be able to communicate efficiently to discuss any ambiguity / issue
Features needed must be explained very clearly so no miss communication will occur later on
Use easy clear language
